Nick Molina, CEO

Nick Molina is the CEO and Co-Founder of Home Assure, LLC.  He is an entrepreneurial, results-driven CEO with hands-on experience and proven success in start-ups, public companies, mergers and acquisitions, Online & Offline Marketing, IPOs and fundraising.

He began his entrepreneurial career in 1989 when he founded Let's Talk Cellular & Wireless, Inc. ("LTCW"), the nation's largest specialty retailer of wireless products and services. Nick served as the company's CEO and lead the company's growth from a single store to a national retailer with over 260 stores in 23 states and Puerto Rico. Along the way, he built the Let’s Talk Cellular & Wireless brand to be synonymous with the premier wireless retailer in the United States. In November of 1997, LTCW completed a successful IPO with Merrill Lynch and Salomon/Smith Barney as the lead underwriters. The company was subsequently sold in 2000 to Nextel Communications.

In late 1998, Nick left LTCW to launch Auto Finance of America, a brick & mortar provider of automotive financing. He grew the company into a 6 branch operations before spinning off an online division named Carlender.com. Within one year, Carlender.com grew to become one of the top three providers of auto loans over the web. In July of 2000, both companies were consolidated and successfully sold.

In 2000, Nick founded WebClick Concepts with the idea of creating a diversified Internet holding company.  In 2004, WebClick Concepts spun off a division called Rapid Satellite to market consumer satellite products and services including DIRECTV, Dish Network, DIRECWAY/HughesNet and SIRIUS Satellite Radio. Within a year, Rapid Satellite became the largest online marketer for all of these product categories. The company was subsequently sold in 2006 to Circuit City Stores, Inc.

Nick is the recipient of numerous awards including the Inc.500 Fastest Growing Company Award for four consecutive years and The Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce Cutting Edge Award to name a few. He serves as a Young Founder for Mount Sinai Medical Center and has served on the board for Junior Achievement of Miami.




Michael is the company's President and Co-Founder of Home Assure, LLC.  He brings his experience, understanding and contacts in Financial Services to bear on Home Assure.  Michael possesses strong managerial experience in technology services businesses.  Prior co-founding Home Assure, Michael was tapped to build and run the business operations of i-Deal LLC, a financial services software company spun out of Merrill Lynch.  He entered the technology industry as CEO, Chairman and founder of Vital Link Business Systems, a successful vertical service provider, delivering integrated Internet-based security solutions to multi-site business. Prior to Vital Link, Michael spent several years as a senior fixed income trader at Lehman Brothers and completed GE Capital’s financial management program.  Michael holds an MBA from Harvard University and a BS in Economics from Cornell University.

Michael Grieco, VP of Mitigation Services

Michael has been in the business world for over 25 years and his most valuable asset is assisting people with financial problems. He is a former retirement planning specialist, working with companies to create 401k and other retirement plans for their employees. His main focus was to provide financial planning for company employees and help them plan for a successful retirement. Michael has also worked for a variety of charities which include; employment transition, emergency relocation, and IRS resolution. Michael holds a bachelors degree in business from Hofstra University and a Masters Degree in Theology.

Jeff Cheung, CP of Technology

Jeff has been with Home Assure, LLC since its inception.  In charge of all technical aspects of the company, his multi-faceted experience makes him a vital asset. He is equipped with an extensive knowledge of database and server administration and is well versed in a variety of programming languages.

Prior to joining Home Assure, Jeff served as the CTO of WebClick Concepts, Inc., a diversified Internet holding company where he spearheaded the development of Internet properties like RapidSatellite.com and DishPronto.com.  Before WebClick, Jeff served as the lead developer for HitNet Inc, a consulting company that specialized in building e-commerce sites from the ground up. He has worked on sites such as Net2Phone, a leading VoIP service provider, CommuniTech, AlphaTherapeutics, and Online Electronics.


Alex Moyer, Director, Institutional Services

Alex Moyer has over 15 years of experience structuring non conforming residential and commercial transactions, including bankruptcy and foreclosure workouts. Alex has worked along with the leading private lending groups in Florida & Georgia assisting them with the disposition of their delinquent accounts & REO properties.

A graduate of Northwestern University with a BA in Communications Moyer enjoyed a three year stint playing with The Miami Dolphins and The San Francisco 49'ers of The National Football League before relocating to Miami FL and pursuing a carear in Real Estate Development and Finance.

Since 1989 Alex has developed affordable single and multi family units across the state of Florida. This experience has given him the opportunity to work with many Development & Housing Departments throughout the state on tenant placement,property aquisition and first time homebuyer programs and initiatives.

Moyer uses his experience and relationships to assist in the development of Home Assure's strategic positioning with Banking/Servicing companies and NON Profit/Government Agencies throughout the country   


Louis Olave, Marketing Director, Business Partner Program

Louis has helped develop the Home Assure Business Partner Program into one of the internet’s most lucrative referral programs for professionals. He brings over 15 years of business, financial, and operational skills to Home Assure.

In 2000, Louis Co-founded WebClick Concepts and as it’s COO was exposed to all aspects of growing a tremendously successful business. In 2004, WebClick Concepts spun off a division called Rapid Satellite to market consumer satellite products and services including DIRECTV, Dish Network, DIRECWAY/HughesNet and SIRIUS Satellite Radio. Within a year, Rapid Satellite became the largest online marketer for all of these product categories. The company was subsequently sold in 2006 to Circuit City Stores, Inc. Louis holds a B.S. in Finance from Rutgers University.

Jose Calvo, Operations Director, Business Partner Program

Jose has helped develop the Home Assure Business Partner Program into one of the internet’s most lucrative referral programs for professionals. He brings with him 13 years of  financial analysis and business strategy planning and implementation as well as 10 years in the automotive and residential lending, and accounting experience. He is a Licensed Mortgage Broker through the FL Department of Banking and has vast experience in managing large teams of representatives and consistently managing large sales growth.

In early 2005, Jose Founded and was President of Liberty Mortgage before coming to Home Assure. Prior to Liberty, Jose held several Finance Manager positions at companies such as Lexus and Schumacher Automotive. Jose holds a B.A. in Business Administrations from Carlos Andres Sucres University in Venezuela.
